JEFF BREEDING, Preaching Pastor

Jeff Breeding was affirmed as the Preaching Elder at Fisherville in September 2021. Jeff previously pastored in Little Rock, Arkansas. He holds a B.S. in business from the University of Arkansas and an M.Div. from Southern Seminary. Jeff is married to Laura, and they have two children, Samuel and Owen.

JUSTIN ABERCROMBIE, Pastor of Shepherding & Discipleship

Justin became the Pastor of Shepherding & Discipleship in August 2023. He previously served as a non-staff elder, and before moving to Louisville he pastored a church in Alabama for five years.  Justin holds a B.S. from Auburn University, an M.B.A. from Troy University, and an M.Div. and DEdMin. from Southern Seminary.  Justin is married to Cammie and they have three boys: Nathanael, Shepherd, and Thomas.

BILL ELLIS, Family Pastor

Bill has been serving as our Family Pastor since October 2018. He is from Knoxville, Tennessee and holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Growth and Learning from Tusculum University as well as an M.A. in Missiology from Southern Seminary. Bill previously served for a year with the IMB and NAMB in Quebec.  He has been married to his wife, Kristin, since 2013.

HUNTER JERNIGAN, Minister of Worship & Administration

Hunter has been leading worship at First Baptist Church Fisherville since June 2021. He grew up outside Nashville, Tennessee, and moved to Louisville in 2014 to study at Boyce College and Southern Seminary. He holds a B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies and an M.Div. in Christian Ministry.  Hunter and his wife, Meagan, have three children.

CAMMIE ABERCROMBIE, Children’s Coordinator

Cammie was blessed by faithful Sunday School teachers as a child, and she now gladly serves as the Children's Ministry Coordinator. She grew up in Elba, Alabama and received Bachelor's degrees in Interior Design and English from Auburn University. Upon moving to Louisville, Kentucky, she completed her M.A. in Teaching from the University of Louisville. She is married to Justin, and they have 3 boys: Nathanael, Shepherd, and Thomas.

HOPE NELSON, Secretary

Hope Nelson has been serving as Secretary since April of 2022. She moved to Louisville from a little farming town in Indiana in August of 2019. She and her family are members of Third Avenue Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
